Applied Data Wrangling and Visualisation

This Level 4 module offers a comprehensive introduction to the essential techniques and tools required for effective data management and visualisation in R. Students also learn how to use AI tools as coding assistants and how to manage projects and handle data in various file formats.

The course moves from the fundamentals of data visualisation to applied strategies for compelling data storytelling, and covers relational databases with SQL and data collection through web scraping.

The module is co-taught with several colleagues, each an expert in the topic covered during their assigned weeks.
